What we collect
We get your details if you:
call, text, or WhatsApp
email us
message the Facebook page or Google Business profile
book or pay for a session (name, suburb, dog’s name, what you told us about the dog)
The website host may log technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site running.
Ads and tracking
If you click an ad (Facebook or Google) and land here, that platform may collect information about the visit — including through cookies, the Meta Pixel, or Google tag / conversion tracking — so we can see whether ads are working and show ads to people who might actually want this. We do not sell that data.
If you use our Google Business profile (maps, calls, messages, reviews), Google also handles that under its own policy.

What we use it for
To reply, book, turn up, and (if you came from an ad) to measure and improve those ads. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
Messages and booking notes while we need them to do the work, then for a reasonable period of records. You can ask us to delete what we hold — email the address above.

If how we handle information changes (for example a new booking tool), this page will be updated.
